Refund Policy
Track Itinerary offers a refund within 14 days of the setup of the software. You can cancel your subscription (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly) at any time within the first 14 days if you pay by credit card. The automatic renewal will be turned off if you cancel after the 14-day period. The current plan will remain active until the expiry date. You can change your mind about cancelation before the expiry date and turn on auto-renewal.
Refund Policy Details
- The 14-day trial period applies to the first 14 days of subscribing and setting up our software. It does not apply to renewals.
- You can cancel the subscription whenever you want during the first 14 days. The changes will be applicable immediately, and you will no longer be able to access the software
- Purchases made using credit/ debit cards are not covered in our money-back guarantee. Contact the bank directly to cancel the payments.
- The credit card amount will be automatically credited if you are eligible for a refund (full or partial).
We do not offer a refund for features and modules you have not used in the software. Customization charges are not added to the subscription price and are considered additional costs. All additional charges will be disclosed when the changes will be made to the software.
